End User License Agreement. This agreement governs your rights to use off the mark cartoons by Mark Parisi for use us by a teacher or student K- 12, College and Graduate School. It is a legally-binding contract between you and off the mark cartoons by Mark Parisi that grants you one-year license to use the cartoons for use in the classroom only.

Any other usage requires additional permissions and usage fees. Contact Us for additional usage permission and fees. The cartoon containing the printed material may not be given away in electronic format to any additional people except for students for usage as a classroom assignment or by students to their teacher for usage as a classroom assignment.

In order to purchase rights to off the mark cartoons by Mark Parisi, you must agree to the terms of this agreement.
