Nidhi Gupta has more than twenty-five years of experience in teaching, training and research in Law and judicial education in India and Europe. She taught in the Government College in Kota and Ajmer. She moved on from the Government job to join National Law University, Jodhpur in , where she served till She went to explore the world of judicial education in as she joined National Judicial Academy, Bhopal, the premier institution for training of judges.
After six years of involvement with judicial training and education, she joined NLUJ again in to return to the world of legal education.

She continues to be involved with judicial education as a visiting faculty at the Rajasthan State Judicial Academy, Jodhpur. She has also been a guest faculty at the Delhi Judicial Academy. She has been a guest faculty in the European Academy of Legal Theory, Belgium and in many universities in Belgium and also in Denmark, teaching courses on Feminist Legal Theory and on the topics related to law, gender justice and cultural diversity.
She has also been involved in conceptualising and conducting gender sensitisation training programs for judges and other professionals. She has participated and presented papers in many national and international conferences and has published extensively in national and international journals of repute. She has vast experience of organising various kinds of events and training programs for judges and other legal and non-legal professionals.
