Tim Hetherington - , British-American was a photojournalist and filmmaker who focused on individuals immersed in social and political conflicts. Regarded for his long-term documentary work, Hetherington lived and worked in West Africa for eight years and reported on largescale conflict worldwide. Through his photographs, writing and films, Tim Hetherington gave us new ways to look at and think about human suffering.
